Individual Needs Assistant – Part-Time, Trauma-Informed Support

East Sussex County Council is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Individual Needs Assistant (INA) at Barcombe CE Primary School. The role involves closely supporting one child with their learning and emotional regulation, fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided, targeting those passionate about working with children with additional needs. This part-time position is term-time only and set to start in September 2026.
