We’re on the hunt for a Head Chef who loves the buzz of a busy service and knows how to lead from the front. This is a premium casual spot in South West London – think bold, shareable dishes, packed dining room, and a kitchen that runs at full speed.

The site’s already got a loyal following. The menu’s built around big flavours, comfort food, and consistency. Now we just need the right chef to steer the ship.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running the senior kitchen team and leading service
• Keeping standards high, even when it’s slammed
• Managing stock, ordering, and the kitchen crew
• Making sure every dish tastes exactly how it should – every time

Who you are:

• You’ve been a Head Chef (or a very strong Senior Sous) in a busy, high-volume kitchen
• You know your way around Southeast Asian flavours – or you’re ready to dive in
• You’re calm when it’s busy, organised when it’s not, and always reliable
• You get that great food starts with a great team – and you’re good at building both
• 50k–55k
• A well-established site with a great reputation
• A proper kitchen team, not a one-man show
• The chance to cook bold, exciting food at scale
