Pharmacist (Primary Care) – Fairfield Surgery

16-24 hours per week – days are flexible.

Fairfield Surgery is looking for a motivated individual to join our team. The role will include medicine reconciliations from hospital discharges, undertaking medication reviews, providing a key role in DOAC clinics, assisting with relevant QI projects, and providing advice to the Clinical Team.

Experience

• Working as a Pharmacist
• Experience of working in primary care

Qualifications

• GPC registration
