Location: MOD Stafford • Hourly Rate: £12.71 • Contract type: Permanent, Full Time • Working hours: Monday – Friday, annualised hours between 07:30 to 16:30

About the role

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more – you’ll be doing them all.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting, strimming
• Hedge pruning
• Flower bed maintenance
• Spraying
• General grounds upkeep

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous grounds maintenance experience required.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Willing to undertake & achieve clear DBS and BPSS checks prior to start.
• PA1 and PA6 licences desirable.
• Can‑do attitude and safety‑conscious mindset.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
