Responsibilities

• Prepare food orders and procure kitchen necessities, ensuring pantry and kitchen are adequately stocked.
• Oversee all kitchen and culinary staff.
• Supervise staff to ensure tasks are performed correctly.
• Assist Head Chef in creating menus and recipes.
• Assign staff tasks as required.
• Ensure sanitary conditions are maintained at all times.
