Responsibilities

• Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
• Providing personal care, social support and making impactful and heart‑warming memories.
• Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform “Nourish”.
• Working within a committed team.
• Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
• Any ad‑hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about providing care.
• Great values and compassion for supporting people.
• Experience is an advantage but not necessary; full support and training provided.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
• Engages well with people we support, supporting their interests and positive experiences.

• Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour.
• Flexible hours – 22, 33 or 44 hours per week, inclusive of weekend work (bank options also available).
• Hours: 7am – 7pm.
