Position Overview

We are seeking a competent and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage subcontractors involved in various civil projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. Theideal candidate will have a background in telecommunications network infrastructure or related fields, coupled with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage subcontractors engaged in civil projects, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and according to project plans.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards or non-compliance issues.
• Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
