As a global leader in the lift and escalator industry, we provide innovative solutions across lifts, escalators, automatic doors, and maintenance and modernisation – adding value throughout a building’s entire lifecycle.We’re currently looking for **Lift Engineer Improver** to join our team in East Anglia**What’s an Improver?**Someone with the right attitude, some hands-on or technical foundation, and the drive to learn – but who isn’t fully qualified *yet*.Think of it as the stage between: **Apprentice (learning basics)** → **Improver (building practical competence)** → **Qualified Engineer**As a Lift Service Improver, you’ll support experienced engineers in delivering planned maintenance, minor repairs, and safety inspections across a variety of lift systems. Spending your time out on site, you’ll shadow service routes, assist with fault finding, and gradually take on hands-on maintenance tasks, learning how to work with different lift types, control systems, and components.
