The Payload:
- Solid Starting Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic per year (fully open and negotiable depending on your current experience level).
- Uncapped Bonus: Performance-based monthly bonus scheme (typically adding an extra £300 – £600 per month).
- Hours: Monday – Friday only. Strictly zero weekend work!

What You Will Be Doing:
- Skill Building: Carrying out routine vehicle maintenance, precision servicing, and light mechanical repairs.
- Safety & Compliance: Performing comprehensive MOT preparation work and general workshop maintenance.
- Quality Control: Road-testing vehicles to ensure they meet strict safety and main dealer quality standards.
- Specialist Learning: Gaining extensive hands-on experience with cutting-edge manufacturer systems, advanced diagnostics, and hybrid/EV platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with senior master technician mentors and a professional front-of-house service team to keep the workshop bays moving efficiently.
What We Need From You:
- Experience: 1+ years of professional experience as a Vehicle Technician, Junior Mechanic, or Fast-Fit Professional.
- Capability: Confident with the fundamentals—basic servicing, brakes, suspension, and light mechanical work.
- Drive: A reliable, detail-focused individual with a massive hunger to learn and progress into a higher-tier technician.
- A full UK driving licence.
