Your responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and oversee all interview logistics.
- Partner with recruiters and sourcers.
- Recommend best practices regarding interviews and the candidate experience.
- Build and manage relationships with internal partners across the business.
- Oversee workflows across our Applicant Tracking System (and related platforms) to ensure candidate pipelines operate efficiently.
Requirements
- At least two years of client‑facing or customer‑service focused experience.
- Experience working in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and proven success in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in a career within HR and Recruitment.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience as a coordinator or in a similar role within a related industry.
- Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Avature, Workday).
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
- An enthusiastic approach to improving process efficiency.
