Here’s What You’ll Do
- Practice safe work habits and strictly adhere to Moderna’s safety procedures and guidelines.
- Follow gowning procedures and maintain housekeeping standards within assigned areas to ensure compliant and safe operations.
- Execute manufacturing operations in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), standard operating procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
- Partner closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure timely documentation review and batch disposition for commercial production.
- Participate in incident and deviation investigations, including root‑cause analysis (RCA), and contribute to CAPA implementation.
- Apply performance‑management tools and collaborate with team members to achieve operational KPIs.
- Troubleshoot routine equipment, process, and digital system issues with speed and precision.
- Proactively identify and elevate compliance or health and safety concerns to Team Leads or Supervisors.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records and associated documentation.
- Perform routine basic maintenance activities on equipment, including lubrication, mechanical checks, and filter changes using hand tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in multiple cross‑functional projects in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate effectively within a matrixed, cross‑functional team environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work off‑hours and overtime as required to meet production demands aligned with corporate and commercial objectives.
- Operate with strong digital proficiency, contributing to innovation and process enhancements in a highly technological manufacturing setting.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
- This position is site‑based, requiring you to be at Moderna’s site full‑time. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)
- A university degree with a specialization in Pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent.
- Experience with filtration and chromatography, and cold chain management a plus.
- Experience in audit / inspection preparation, understanding Health authority and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate fluidly with peers, leadership and cross‑functional support groups required.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills required.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail while executing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
