Responsibilities
- Design and deliver clear, user-centered content that is not marketing-focused but service-oriented.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and refine content that meets user needs and adheres to service guidelines.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform content iterations and improvements.
- Ensure content consistency and accessibility across digital platforms.
- Lead content iterations based on stakeholders’ feedback and changing project requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in content design, preferably at a senior level, with a focus on service-based projects rather than marketing.
- Demonstrated understanding of the challenges in designing trauma-based service content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling efficient work with various teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and user engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Public Sector/GDS experience is required for this position.
