About the Role
As a College Services Assistant you’ll play a key role in delivering effective and efficient administrative support as part of our busy College Support Services team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the processing of student enrolments, applications, exams and enquiries using corporate data systems
- Providing excellent customer service to students, staff and visitors
- Assisting with the day‑to‑day operation of the Service Help Desk
- Reviewing and monitoring logged jobs and liaising with the appropriate support teams
- Coordinating pool vehicle bookings and helping ensure services run smoothly
- Contributing to a professional, organised and student‑focused college environment

About You
To be successful you will need to be able to work in an open office environment, focus on tasks while answering calls and dealing with queries, and deliver excellent customer service. Experience working with tight deadlines and accuracy is essential.
