Property Surveyor
Responsibilities
- Surveying pre‑ and post‑inspection of contractor works.
- Managing in‑house work force.
- Providing feedback to the maintenance manager.
- Ensuring quality and health & safety on site.
Qualifications
- Preferred to have a HNC in building studies, surveying or construction discipline, or a degree in building surveying.
- Experience within a housing association is essential.
