About the role

Our Home Delivery Drivers are ambassadors for our business. You’ll be delivering shopping to customers’ doors, providing exceptional customer service, and representing Iceland’s face to customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver shopping to customers’ doors
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance
• Assist in store operations when needed (e.g., checkout, packing stock)
• Manage a hectic workload, prioritize tasks, and remain customer‑first

Qualifications

• Current driving licence held for at least 3 years
• No more than 6 points on the licence
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards working with diverse customers
• Self‑starter and ability to juggle a hectic workload
• Team player with a willingness to help across the store

Work hours

Shifts can start as early as 6 am and finish as late as 11 pm.
