We’re hiring a Sous Chef in Hunstanton to join a solid team. If you’re a Chef who loves working with seasonal British food, this is the perfect job for you.
- Up to £37,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
- 4 day work week
- Live in accommodation
Your Role as Sous Chef in Hunstanton Norfolk:
You’ll be a key part of our 6‑person brigade. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the kitchen and keeping our food standards high.
- Working with seasonal British ingredients and our nose‑to‑tail cooking style.
- Helping with weekly butchery, daily caught fish, and all menu prep.
- Ordering, stock control, and leading the team alongside the Head Chef.
