• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent.
• Must have experience carrying out void/maintenance work.
• Own Tools & PPE.
• Minimum 5 years experience.

• Bringing Void properties back up to lettable standards.
• Hanging Doors.
• Replacing Flooring.
• Basic Plumbing.
• Carpentry work.
