SEND Teaching Assistant (Post-16) – Life Skills & Independence

NextGen Teachers is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant for a temporary assignment in Haywards Heath. The role involves supporting young adults with additional needs, particularly those with Autism, in a specialist college.

Responsibilities include providing tailored support in the classroom and during enrichment activities, promoting students’ independence, confidence, and key life skills. Competitive daily rates and SEND training will be provided.
