English Learning & Inclusion Intervention Assistant

Spencer Academies Trust is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Inclusion and Intervention team. The role involves supporting students in the English faculty, including those with special educational needs. You’ll work collaboratively with class teachers to adapt resources and provide interventions to help all learners achieve their potential.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in English, with a passion for fostering enthusiasm in learners. Experience working with SEND students is a plus, along with a commitment to the Trust’s high aspirations for educational outcomes.
