BTR Project Manager: 20-40m Apartment Build (Site Lead)

Kenton Black is seeking a Project Manager for a new build BTR apartment project in Birmingham, set for completion around December 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for site-based liaison and management of the principal contractor team, along with overseeing their associated design, construction, commercial, and supply chain teams.

Applicants must have a proven track record of delivering BTR or student accommodation schemes valued between 20 and 40 million and hold current CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications. This role is flexible, available on a permanent or freelance basis.
