Position Summary

Teachways is looking to appoint a dedicated, energetic, creative and innovative KS2 Teacher – Year 3 for a permanent, full‑time role in the London Borough of Hounslow. The position starts September 2026. The role requires a commitment to high standards of achievement and behaviour for all children.

Salary & Contract

Inner London MPS / UPS Salary range: £36,745 – £56,959 per year.

Contract type: Full time, Permanent.

Location: London Borough of Hounslow.

Person Specification – Year 3 teacher

• Must have UK QTS
• Experienced teachers only with a good record of achievement
• Excellent subject knowledge for KS2 curriculum
• Must have a history of Good/Outstanding lesson observations
• A great team player and strong educator
• Confident and strong classroom management skills
• Interviews taking place next week
