3‑6 month contract, option to work a 3‑day week, 2 days site based (Manchester City Centre)

Brand new role available for a commercially minded procurement professional to work on a critical digital transformation project within the public sector.

The Role

• Deliver a regulated procurement under the new Public Sector Procurement Regs (PSEC)
• Draft robust SOWs and contracts (not just run RFPs)
• Navigate stakeholder engagement across IT, Commercial, and Retail
• Be part of a cross‑functional team delivering real business change

About You

• Must have knowledge of the new procurement regulations PA23 and/or PCR‑2015
• Strong indirect procurement experience with a focus within IT
• Dynamic and adaptable individual
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
