BMS Service Engineer

The Role

• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnosis of building control systems (BMS).
• Carry out small repairs and remedial works.
• Provide routine inspections of BMS (building management systems).

Requirements

• Ideally you will have experience working within the BMS industry and be competent on‑site completing fault diagnosis.
• You will be familiar with trend control systems and Trend IQ Vision.
• Experienced / knowledge of HVAC mechanical plant – AHU’s etc.
• Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as: Bacnet, Modbus.
