EHC Assessment and Review Officer – SEND – #000B16F21

About the role

Leeds City Council is seeking an EHC Assessment and Review Officer to join their SEND service on a short-term interim basis, based at Merrion House, Leeds. The role offers hybrid or fully home-based working (equipment provided).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct EHC needs assessments, producing 6–8 EHC plans per week.
• Draft EHC plans based on professional advice.
• Manage casework and communicate with families and schools.
• Progress plans to finalisation.

Details

Rate: £37.84 per hour (Umbrella) / £280 per day. Start: 22 June 2026. End: 6 July 2026.

Applicants should have SEND experience and be available immediately.
