Senior Quantity Surveyor-Exeter

Overview

Due to an increase in their water-related works in the South West, our client have the need for Commercial support and are inviting applicants for Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor positions. They have to work on mains replacements, pipeline works and other civils works in the water sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pricing of works, procurement, variations, cost reporting/CVRs and attending regular meetings with the client.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum of 5 years experience within the civil engineering/water sector gained with main contractors.

Contract details

• Top day rate on offer, Outside IR35 and long-term contract.
• Role based from Exeter with 1–2 days working from home.

Location

Based from their offices in Exeter.
