Full‑time position, starting September 2026.
The Role
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN.
- Support the pupil’s academic, social, and emotional development.
- Assist with implementing individual learning plans and behaviour strategies.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to monitor progress.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
- Patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
