Donor Care Assistant – Flexible Hours (No Nights)

NHS Blood and Transplant seeks enthusiastic individuals to support donors in the blood donation process. This role offers varied working hours, including evenings and weekends but no night shifts. You will receive full training and work in a supportive environment.

We are looking for people with a good standard of numeracy and literacy, who can deliver quality customer service and are willing to learn new skills. You will handle blood products safely and maintain accurate records while ensuring a smooth donor experience.
