Position: Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care

Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Pay: £15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Night shifts available.

Shifts

• Day shifts (9:00am – 5:00pm)
• Night shifts (10:00pm – 8:00am)

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home.
• Support with community access and social activities.
• Promote independence and dignity in all tasks.
• Provide emotional reassurance and wellbeing support.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with complex needs.
• Confidence with clinical tasks (or willingness to train).
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Empathy, emotional intelligence and person‑centred values.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
