- 07:00 17:00 (5 days per week, MondaySaturday alternate Saturdays)

The Role
We are recruiting for an Assistant Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and growing operation based in Carnforth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up into a leadership-focused role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, working closely with a team of 6 to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
The role is based in an active warehouse and yard environment. Work may involve handling materials that can leave clothing and footwear dirty, so applicants should be comfortable working in these conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders with a high level of accuracy
- Supporting the Team Leader with daily operational tasks
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Assisting in coordinating and motivating a small team
- Ensuring all orders meet quality and accuracy standards
- Contributing to the success of the companys online order operation, which accounts for approximately one-third of the business
About You
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Previous warehouse experience (team leadership or senior role desirable)
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and committed with a proactive attitude
