Working as a member of a close knit legal team you will support on a wide range of Transactional matters focussing on Securities Financing, GMRAs, GMSLAs, Derivatives and ISDA documentation as well as Repos

Candidate Profile

A qualified lawyer with either in-house banking or Private Practice experience in securities financing / ISDA documentation

Key Skills

• Securities Financing documentation experience: GMRA and GMSLA
• Derivatives documentation review & negotiation including ISDAs
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

• This role is located in the City with hybrid working
