Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join a leading Financial Services organisation on a 12-month contract (not a day rate), supporting a portfolio of small-change initiatives across Marketing and Commercial functions.

This is a delivery-focused role suited to a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder engagement, and can confidently drive multiple concurrent workstreams to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple change initiatives across Marketing and Commercial teams
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive delivery, transparency, and momentum
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID reporting
• Partner with senior stakeholders to maintain alignment and remove blockers
• Ensure consistent governance, reporting, and project documentation standards
• Bring structure, clarity, and pace to a busy change portfolio

Required Experience

• Proven track record as a Project Manager within Financial Services
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, sprint ceremonies)
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on execution and delivery
• Experience supporting Marketing, Commercial, or customer-facing transformation initiatives is advantageous.
