In this role,based withintheQueen Mary Academy,you will play a central part in deliveringouruniversity-wide academic development portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Education Programmes,you will leadand contribute to the delivery ofthe Certificate in Learning and Teaching (CILT) and the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP).You will support curriculum enhancement across the university throughworkshops, online resources, and tailored consultative support for Schools and Institutes.
This position contributes to institution-wide academic development and professional recognition initiatives, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on teaching and learning at Queen Mary.
About You
You will have experience in higher education teachingandacademicdevelopmentincluding designing,deliveringand evaluating programmes for adult learners. You are an effective facilitator, confident providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth.
You bring skills in curriculum design, blended and online learning, assessment,and have strongknowledge of the UK HE contextandPSF2023. You are highly organised,detail focusedand able to coordinate multiple workstreams.Strong communication, collaborativeworkingand the ability to createhigh qualitydigital andin personlearning resources are essential.
A proactive, collegial mindset and the ability to inspire learners are key.
