About you
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance or related roles
- Customer-focused with a track record of delivering quality service
- Valid CSR card and full driving licence
- Ability to work safely adhering to health and safety protocols
- Reliable, flexible, and a confident team player
- Basic IT skills for site documentation and work reporting
What you’ll do
- Support tradesmen with outdoor tasks such as kerbing, fencing, flagging, block work, and concreting
- Move, secure, and load materials as required on site
- Operate both heavy and light equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day
- Follow health and safety procedures, including the use of harnesses when working at heights
- Complete all site documentation accurately and submit promptly
- Carry out additional tasks to meet project needs and support the team
