About you

  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance or related roles
  • Customer-focused with a track record of delivering quality service
  • Valid CSR card and full driving licence
  • Ability to work safely adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Reliable, flexible, and a confident team player
  • Basic IT skills for site documentation and work reporting

What you’ll do

  • Support tradesmen with outdoor tasks such as kerbing, fencing, flagging, block work, and concreting
  • Move, secure, and load materials as required on site
  • Operate both heavy and light equipment safely and effectively
  • Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day
  • Follow health and safety procedures, including the use of harnesses when working at heights
  • Complete all site documentation accurately and submit promptly
  • Carry out additional tasks to meet project needs and support the team
