We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to oversee the UK label’s music brands. The role requires ownership of brand strategy, creative development, and execution across sales, tour, licensing, direct‑to‑consumer and operations.
Responsibilities
- Define vision, mission, goals and strategy for each brand.
- Develop global brand building and marketing plans aligned with the client/brand vision.
- Work closely with artist management to develop merchandising strategies that maximise revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate with label, tour, sales and D2C teams to develop integrated product/marketing campaigns around artists.
- Develop and execute non‑traditional marketing campaigns for artist merchandise.
- Monitor and analyse business metrics to optimise product line and maximise commercial opportunity.
- Develop artist brand standards and usage guidelines.
- Oversee the development of client presentation materials.
- Present results, both financial and creative, to Label commercial leads and wider team.
- Ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standards worldwide.
- Oversee product portfolio management: product development, creative identity, style guides and internal approvals.
- Obtain and expedite all approvals required from artists.
Qualifications
- Proven experience driving brand growth and equity with smart, creative marketing plans.
- Experience working cross‑functionally to move brand and product initiatives from concept to execution.
- Demonstrable skill in brand management, especially developing evergreen ranges and merchandise.
- Track record of consumer engagement planning, innovative thinking and program execution.
- Strategic approach to brand building programs.
- Leadership on brand growth through sound strategy and excellent execution.
- Strong partnership skills with artists and stakeholders.
- Experience with brand planning and marketing support, innovation and new product development.
- In‑depth knowledge of P&L and budget management focused on ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
