Real Estate Finance Solicitor | 4 PQE+ | Manchester Austen Lloyd is working with a leading commercial law firm in Manchester on the recruitment of a Real Estate Finance Solicitor into its established secured lending team. The firm has a long-standing presence in the regional market and acts for a varied client base across the lender and borrower side. The Role The team handles a broad spread of secured lending work, including: – Investment, development and refinance transactions – Acting for both lender and borrower side clients – Loan origination, due diligence and bespoke security drafting – Property-related recoveries and enforcement work Files are run with genuine autonomy and direct client contact. The PQE range is open and the firm is flexible for the right candidate, with the level of responsibility shaped to suit experience. What the Firm Is Looking For – 4 PQE or above, with current Real Estate Finance experience – Strong working knowledge of LMA documentation – Capability to run files autonomously and contribute from day one – More experienced candidates will be expected to take supervisory responsibility for junior fee earners What Is on Offer – Competitive salary, dependent on experience – Discretionary bonus – Hybrid working – Clear progression structure and visible career pathway
