Digital Marketing Analyst

Movement8, Huddersfield, England, United Kingdom

Position is hybrid – 3 days a week in the Huddersfield office.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse customer behaviour across web and mobile to inform strategy.
  • Build dashboards and reports (PowerBI, Tableau) to track performance.
  • Develop and run A/B tests, MVT experiments, and other data‑driven optimisations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve features, journeys, and campaigns.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting with actionable insights.
  • Ensure data tracking and digital attribution are accurate and compliant.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in marketing or growth analytics (B2C or subscription preferred).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with GA4, Firebase or similar tools.
  • Comfortable with experimentation frameworks and causal analysis.
  • Skilled in dashboards, reporting and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with mobile measurement platforms a plus.
  • Commercially minded, able to prioritise and communicate trade‑offs.
  • Strong communicator who can tell stories with data and influence stakeholders.
