Location: Kent & London AreasSalary: Up to £50,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
About the Role
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing and reputable mechanical and plumbing contractor. Working across a variety of commercial projects, you will be involved in installations, maintenance, and refurbishment works within schools, hotels, new build developments, and CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities
Installation of commercial plumbing systems and pipework
Working on schools, hotels, office fit-outs, and new build projects
Carrying out first and second fix plumbing works
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Ensuring all work is completed to industry standards and regulations
Working independently and as part of a wider project team
Maintaining excellent health and safety standards on site
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ commercial plumbing experience
Proven experience working within schools, hotels, new builds, and CAT A & CAT B fit-outs
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
