Pay & Benefits:
- £12.71 per hour
- Competitive commission structure
- Commission backdated and paid after completion of 12 weeks!
- Monday Friday 0800 – 1700

The Role:
- Promote the companys services within a busy office environment
- Communicate with customers via various channels including phone, email, and online enquiries
- Handle customer queries professionally, providing clear and accurate information
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Work towards sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Accurately update customer records and sales activity using internal systems
- Support the wider sales team and contribute to a positive, family-oriented workplace
Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred
- Good knowledge of cars is essential
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle objections and complaints calmly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and earn commission
