Wills & Probate Solicitor / Experienced Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal
A long-established and highly respected law firm with a loyal client base built predominantly through word-of-mouth recommendations and repeat business is looking to recruit either a Wills & Probate Solicitor, experienced Fee Earner, or Senior Paralegal with fee earning experience in Private Client matters to join its friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values client care, autonomy, and building long-term client relationships within a traditional firm that continues to move forward and evolve.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters including:
- Will drafting
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Advising clients on exemptions and reliefs available
- Supporting families through the probate process with empathy and professionalism
The Private Client team operates very differently from many larger or heavily process-driven firms. A highly personalised approach is taken to client work, tailoring communication, updates, and case progression to the individual client rather than relying on rigid automated workflows or step-based systems.

About You

- Senior Paralegals with strong Wills & Probate fee earning experience
