Senior Responsible Business Manager London | Full-time | Permanent An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Responsible Business Manager to join a leading international professional services firm headquartered in London, within a hybrid working culture. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will take ownership of the firm’s global environmental sustainability programme, shaping and delivering initiatives that sit at the heart of its wider Responsible Business strategy. The Opportunity You will play a pivotal leadership role in driving sustainability across a global platform, working with senior stakeholders and external partners to embed environmental best practice into operations and culture. This is an ideal role for someone who combines technical sustainability expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and programme delivery experience. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Delivery Lead the development and execution of the global environmental sustainability programme Drive carbon reduction initiatives, including science-based targets and external reporting Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to environmental legislation and best practice Oversee engagement with leading frameworks such as EcoVadis, ISO14001, BREEAM, NABERS Stakeholder Engagement Engage employees across international offices to drive local and global sustainability initiatives Partner with business functions to embed sustainability into core operations Governance & Policy Maintain and evolve environmental policies and governance structures Support senior leadership engagement on sustainability topics Partnerships & Continuous Improvement Manage external sustainability partnerships and memberships Drive innovation and continuous improvement in environmental performance About You Proven experience in a sustainability or responsible business role, ideally within a global professional services environment Strong understanding of carbon reporting, emissions data, and sustainability frameworks Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programmes and influence senior stakeholders Commercially aware, with the ability to align sustainability with business priorities Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills Why Apply?
