This is an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Solicitor qualifying this year, or a Recently Qualified Solicitor, to build a long-term career within a specialist practice recognised for its technical expertise, high-quality client base and supportive approach to development.
The Opportunity
Joining a well-established national team, the successful candidate will work alongside experienced pensions specialists advising employers, trustees and pension providers on a broad range of matters, including:• Defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes• Scheme governance and regulatory compliance• Corporate transactions with pensions implications• Risk transfer projects, including buy-ins and buy-outs• Potentially contentious pensions issues and dispute resolution• Day-to-day advisory support for a diverse client portfolioThis role offers exceptional exposure to complex and varied work from the outset, alongside structured training and mentoring from recognised specialists in the field.
This opportunity would suit
- A Trainee Solicitor due to qualify in 2026 or a Recently Qualified Solicitor
