• Drive urgency across all parties to maintain quick turnaround times
• Liaise with solicitors, buyers, and vendors to keep deals moving
• Resolve issues quickly to avoid delays or fall-throughs
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with efficiency and control
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise deal flow and completions

Requirements

• Proven Sales Progressor experience
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
• Comfortable working in avolume-driven, fast-paced environment
• Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and earnings
• Highly organised and proactive
