Job DescriptionCommercial Property Paralegal – LeedsAre you a Paralegal with experience in Commercial Property looking to join a successful and growing team in Leeds city centre?An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a busy Commercial Property department, supporting solicitors and fee earners on a wide range of transactions from instruction through to completion.

The Role

  • Assist with a broad range of commercial property matters
  • Draft and review contracts, leases and supporting documentation
  • Manage files from opening through to completion and archiving
  • Prepare and organise legal documentation
  • Liaise with clients, third parties and internal departments
  • Support fee earners on complex transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
