About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a well‑rounded Disputes Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of litigation matters including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, TOLATA claims, professional negligence, neighbour disputes, contentions probates, and inheritance claims on behalf of individual and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters
  • Represent clients in TOLATA claims
  • Advise on professional negligence cases
  • Manage neighbour disputes
  • Proceed in contentious probates and inheritance claims

About the Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 3 years’ experience in handling their own caseload of litigation matters, including commercial and civil litigation. More experienced Litigation Lawyers are encouraged and should demonstrate strong technical expertise.

About the Firm
