KS1 / KS2 Primary Teacher (3-Form Entry)

Location: Ealing, West London

Start Date: September 2026

Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

About the Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Work collaboratively within a three-form entry year group team, sharing planning and best practice
  • Support pupils in developing strong foundations in core subjects, including reading, writing, and mathematics
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, ensuring excellent progress across the ability range
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters a love of learning
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively, using data to inform planning and intervention
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, year group colleagues, and senior leaders to drive high standards
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil development and wellbeing
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities, events, and initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
  • Experience teaching within KS1 or KS2 (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a large, collaborative team
  • High expectations for pupil achievement, behaviour, and progress
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • A reflective, motivated, and proactive teaching style
  • A commitment to teamwork and continuous professional development
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
