Senior Construction Estimator – Cost Planning & Feasibility

Criterion Capital is actively seeking a Construction Estimator to play a pivotal role in our pre-construction process, focused on ensuring the financial viability of our development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed cost estimates from feasibility through to construction.

With 5–10+ years of relevant experience, especially in residential or mixed-use developments, you will need a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Strong analytical and communication skills are a must, alongside proficiency in estimating software.
