Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and full pre‑sale preparation of goods.
- Arrange and display goods according to company rules.
- Monitor availability, quality, expiration dates, and proper labeling and pricing.
- Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
- Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Qualifications & Talents
- Product knowledge and ability to achieve or exceed sales and KPI targets, including understanding product purpose, properties, quality, care rules and prices.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, able to assist customers and resolve conflicts.
- Sales floor stock management, ensuring sizes and styles are available for customers.
- Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.
- Compliance awareness – adherence to safety regulations, hygiene standards and company policies.
- Self‑leadership – ability to work independently, manage emotions and handle challenges.
