About the role

We are seeking four committed and organised Business Support Assistants to join our Operations Service. This customer‑centric role is integral to ensuring our teams and services are well supported, helping us deliver efficient, responsive, and value‑for‑money services to our residents and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative, clerical, and financial support to the Operations Service.
  • Assist Service Managers, Team Leaders, and the Business Support Team in maintaining high standards of service and compliance with financial and customer procedures.
  • Handle enquiries, produce reports, manage financial processes, maintain data accuracy, and support the performance and development of the wider team.

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience in financial administration, customer service, and office systems.
  • Strong IT and administrative abilities, accuracy in handling data, and a supportive approach to both team and customer service.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, equality, and continuous improvement.
  • High personal standards, attention to detail, and readiness to learn new systems and adapt to change.
