24/7 Hospital Switchboard Operator

ISS is seeking a full-time Switchboard Operator at Worcestershire Royal Hospital. The successful candidate will handle over 3,000 calls daily, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external callers, including emergencies, ensuring smooth hospital operations.

The role requires good communication, clerical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure, with previous experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
