Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and caring Bank Support Worker who is ready to make a positive impact at Glebe House, a modern, purpose‑built care home located in Southbourne, near Chichester. It offers 40 residential places and is set in extensive grounds, with nearby shops and local facilities within walking distance.
Responsibilities
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintaining a safe, happy and caring environment.
